Each rack is individually **made to order** from poplar and birch and personalized with your name and/or badge number. Choose your line color and stain to make the rack your own.
Your personalization is **CNC carved or laser engraved directly into the wood — no vinyl lettering, stickers, or Cricut stencils.**

**Batteries are not included.**
We strongly recommend setting your personal access code immediately after receiving your rack and storing the backup keys in a secure location outside of the safe.
Replacement keys are not available through E.L Custom Wood Garage. We are not responsible for lost keys or keys accidentally locked inside the safe.

MATERIALS & FINISH
Each duty gear rack is handcrafted from **poplar and birch**, stained in your selected finish, and protected with a clear topcoat.
Wood is a natural material. Grain pattern, knots, coloration, and stain appearance will vary from piece to piece, making every rack unique.
MOUNTING
The rack includes D rings form quick mounting.
Always use appropriate mounting hardware for your wall construction and securely attach the rack to adequate structural support.

We don't pull finished racks from mass-produced inventory. Your rack is cut, personalized, stained, finished, and assembled specifically for your order.

*Note: Flags/racks will have small blemishes due to the nature and character of the wood. This is a handmade wood product, and every piece of wood is unique in its knots and texture. All sizes are approximate and may vary by half an inch. The lightness/darkness of the stain can differ based on how the wood takes the stain and lighting conditions.
**We highly recommend creating a key passcode upon receiving the rack with a safe.
